We do not offer refunds.

Since we sell premium copy products at low margins, refunds cause losses and impact our ability to keep prices affordable. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.


Exchanges Allowed:


  • You can exchange your item for a different size or even change the model (same price or higher, with price adjustment).
  • To request an exchange, contact our customer service chat or WhatsApp: 0559748846 within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.
  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  • A 25 AED exchange fee applies for all exchanges (size/model).
  • Exchanges are free if the item is faulty or defective.
